No-E Wholegrain Mix Sliced Loaf of Bread

Wholegrain flour contains the bran, germ, and endosperm, which explains its darker colour. It has a higher content of minerals and vitamins than white flour, in particular containing a lot of potassium, calcium, and magnesium, as well as vitamin E and several types of vitamin B.

No-E means food products that only contain food additives authorised for the specific food category, outside the additives marked with E-numbers.
